Dante Bocuzzi has opened Goma (2079 East 4th St., 216-274-1200) five months ago, with the promise of more to come in the form of a chic lower tier club. This club, Giappone, is now open.

Featuring a brass bar and DJ booth, space will be limited to small crowds and private events. In addition to the ambiance, the main attraction is the compelling list of craft cocktails. Lone Samurai is a blend of miso-washed Japanese whiskey and mild Italian vermouth.

There is no food menu at the club.

Giappone is open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. from Tuesday to Thursday and from 5 p.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
